We recognize that all of our patients are unique and deserve to receive orthodontic care that reflects their individual needs. Our experienced and talented orthodontic team is committed to working with you and your family to create a comfortable, stress-free, and rewarding orthodontic experience every time you visit our practice. We are pleased to welcome you and your family, and we look forward to working with you.
I love seeing our patients smile. Watching each person’s excitement to start their orthodontic journey and then witnessing that excitement grow as they near completion, is incredible. Of course, the wonderful smiles at the end are best of all.
I help patients with scheduling appointments, handling insurance and billing matters and developing financial contracts with our patients and parents.
When I’m not in the office, I enjoy running, reading and spending time with family and friends. I’m a major fan of the 49ers and Sacramento Kings and I am also a big time foodie.
My passion for the dental field comes from my personal experience as a child with crooked teeth. I had extremely low self-esteem, but after a few years of braces, I had a newfound confidence! I love being a part of a team that helps their patients feel the same way.
I love working with Dr. Markham because his values and leadership helps us to be better professionally and personally. Our team is friendly to each other and the customers and passionate about their positions—this makes my job so easy!
As the Patient Care Coordinator, I answer phone calls and schedule appointments. However, my favorite and most important job is greeting the patients, listening to their concerns, and making sure they are happy when they leave.
On the weekends, I love spending time with my awesome boyfriend and American Bully, Tunechi, who likes to eat paper and sit by the window. I also love listening to music, dancing, and playing videogames.
I have been working closely with patients to help them get the dental care they need for four years. The most fulfilling part of my job is seeing patients gain confidence after their treatment is complete!
My role as the Treatment Coordinator is to listen to the patients’ main concerns, offer different braces options, and make personalized financial plans for each patient. My favorite thing about working at Markham Orthodontics is the staff loves what they do and who they do it for—the patients.

I started working in the dental field in July 2020. Registered Dental Assistant and Orthodontic Assistant
As a Registered Dental Assistant and Orthodontic Assistant, my job is to provide orthodontic care through laboratory procedures, clerical work, and treatment procedures. I began working in the dental field in 1996, and I have been working with Dr. Markham since 2002.
Dr. Markham and his team have created an open and safe environment for both the patients and the team. It makes coming to work every day so easy! But, the best part of my job by far is seeing patients achieve their new smiles.
My free time is spent with my daughter, family, and friends. I also enjoy traveling when I can and engaging in my culture. A fun fact about me is that I danced Folklorico for 30 years!
Registered Dental Assistant
My job as an Orthodontic Assistant is to walk with patients through every step of their orthodontic journey. I love watching our patients gain the beautiful smiles they have always dreamed of. It’s so rewarding to see someone who was once insecure about their teeth now want to show them off! Being a part of that process is the best part of my job.
I began working as a registered dental assistant in 2017. What I love about our office is that every team member works together to create a pleasant atmosphere for ourselves and our patients. As a part of this incredible team, I am constantly learning new techniques and improving my skills.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my extended family and my best friend/fur baby, Snowball!
Registered Dental Assistant
I first began working in the dental field in 2008 when I finished my program in dental assisting. Since then, I have obtained an x-ray, coronal polish, and sealant license and I became a registered dental assistant (RDA) in 2012. I joined the team in 2014 and love helping our patients achieve their most beautiful smiles!
Having a great smile can change how you feel about yourself, so I am grateful to be a part of changing patients’ lives for the better. In this office, we all have a role to play and I love working as a part of a team. Together, we help our patients become more confident so they can take on life’s endless opportunities.
I am married to a wonderful man, and we have two furry babies that we love very much! When I’m not working, I love to clear my mind and “recharge my batteries” by spending time outdoors: doing sports, going on adventures, and working out. I am originally from Belarus (my family immigrated when I was six), so I am bilingual and speak English and Russian.
Registered Dental Assistant
From the moment I greet a patient, we begin developing a friendship. I sincerely enjoy building relationships with our patients, while taking x-rays and photographs for their records and helping Dr. Markham. I received my training at Anthem College. Dentistry has been part of my professional life since 2012, and I would not change a thing.
Our staff is made up of some of the most compassionate and fun people I’ve ever met. We all appreciate, respect, and have a great time with our patients. By helping one another, we create an atmosphere of unity, which makes dental appointments positive and rewarding for our patients.
My fiancé and I enjoy taking drives to the coast, watching brilliant sunsets, and playing in the great outdoors. I also like to paint canvases in my spare time. Our home would not be complete with out our Siamese cat, the sweetest and most loving cat around!
